*Bad Newz* also stars Ammy Virk and is directed by Anand Tiwari. The film, previously titled *Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam*, marks the first time Vicky, Triptii, and Ammy will be working together. The movie is backed by Dharma Productions and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Anand Tiwari. Ishita Moitra and Tarun Dudeja wrote the script.
