UPSC CSE Mains 2024 Admit Cards Coming Soon: Here’s How to Download

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is anticipated to release the e-admit card for the Civil Service (Main) examination shortly. The UPSC CSE Mains exam will begin on September 20, 2024. The exam will be held over five days, on September 20, 21, 22, 28, and 29, 2024. Candidates may get the admit card at https://upsc.gov.in/ and https://upsconline.nic.in/.

Steps to Download Admit Card

  • Go to the official website of the Union Public Service Commission i.e. https://upsc.gov.in/.
  • On the homepage of the website, find the “admit card” button and click on it.
  • Now, tap on the “Download” button provided at the front of the exam name i.e. Civil Services Mains Exam 2024″.
  • The next page with a login portal is displayed now. Here, enter either your registration number/roll number and date of birth.
  • Then enter the captcha code in the given blank box.
  • Click on the “Submit” button, and the UPSC Mains Admit Card 2024 appears on the screen.

Important details

All those candidates who have successfully cleared the preliminary examination and are eligible to appear for the main examination can access the hall tickets from the official website. As per reports, the UPSC Civil Services hall ticket is likely to be released this week.

The UPSC CSE Mains admit card will hold information such as the name of the candidate, roll number of the candidate, examination centre, test centre guidelines, exam day instructions, exam duration, exam timing, and other details. The UPSC CSE Main examination will be held in two shifts: forenoon (9 am to 12 noon) and afternoon session (2.30 pm to 5.30 pm).

There will be a total of nine descriptive-type papers in the UPSC CSE Mains Exam 2024. The first two papers i.e. A, and B will be qualifying in nature and will be conducted for a total of 300 marks each. The remaining papers will be counted for merit list preparation and will be conducted for 250 marks each.
