The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, UPPSC, has announced the postponement of the UPPSC PCS Prelims 2024 exam. Initially slated for October, the UPPSC Combined State/Senior Subordinate Services Exam 2024 will now take place at a later date.
While the exact rescheduled date has yet to be confirmed, the official notification indicates that the exam is anticipated to occur in December.

The examination is expected to be conducted by December 15. UPPSC will issue an official notification soon to announce the revised exam date.
The preliminary examination will consist of two compulsory papers. Paper I is scheduled to take place from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, while Paper II will be held from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Candidates will receive OMR sheets, with each paper carrying a total of 200 marks.
PASSING MARKS
Candidates must achieve a minimum of 33% marks to pass the exam. It is important to note that appearing in both papers is mandatory; failure to attend either paper will result in disqualification.
UPPSC conducts several recruitment examinations, including those for RO/ARO, Staff Nurse, and Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services.
