Yesterday, a 15-year-old student was fatally stabbed at the Aakash Institute, a private teaching facility situated in Panipat town along the NH-44.
The deceased was recognised as Anshul from the district’s Jondhan Kalan village. He attended this Government Model Sanskriti School in Class XI. The 15-year-old accused is from Sewah village, according to the police.
He was a fellow student of Anshul’s, and they both attended the Aakash Institute for coaching.
There was allegedly an altercation between the two, according to the DSP. Anshul was stabbed in the chest by the accused, who had purchased a knife from the market. In the hospital, the student passed away.
