Shah Rukh Khan’s movie ‘Jawan’ will debut in Japan on November 29, 2024, with advanced bookings starting on July 5. The film, already a global hit, is now aiming to win over Japanese audiences.
After breaking multiple box office records worldwide last year, ‘Jawan’ is set to capture the Japanese market. Twin, a well-known distributor of Indian cinema in Japan, will handle the release. Fans who book tickets early will receive special posters featuring Shah Rukh Khan from the song ‘Chaleya.’
This strategic release is expected to make a big impact in Japan, expanding ‘Jawan’s’ global success and enhancing Shah Rukh Khan’s international popularity.
Previously, Japanese video game designer Hideo Kojima praised Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Pathaan,’ calling it an energetic and thrilling experience. He shared his excitement on Twitter, comparing it to high-energy films like ‘Mad Max.’
‘Jawan’ was a huge success, earning Rs 761.98 crore in India and Rs 386.34 crore internationally shortly after its release last year. In total, it made Rs 1148.32 crore worldwide, proving to be a major hit.
