See How this Bollywood Star Maintains her Fitness Goals During Pregnancy ?

Deepika Padukone establishes realistic wellness objectives that include eating well, maintaining balance, and being consistent.

Deepika Padukone is widely regarded as one of Bollywood’s most fit superstars. The Gehraiyaan actress, who is presently expecting her first child with husband Ranveer Singh, has expressed her opinions on living a healthy lifestyle.

Indulgence finds its way into her diet, and we don’t think it’s only because she’s pregnant. Deepika has always been a champion of balance outside of food habits, including athletics, exercise, mental health, and overall well-being.  

 The actress recently shared a photo of snacks and desserts on Instagram, with the message, “Surprised to see this on my feed?” Well, I eat. And I eat well. Please ask everyone who knows me. So disregard whatever else you may hear or read. What’s the trick? Balance, Consistency, and Listening to Your Body.

There appears to be a lot of misunderstanding about the term ‘diet’. We frequently believe that ‘diet’ means starving, eating less, and consuming all of the things we dislike.

‘Diet’ refers to the total amount of food and drink consumed by an individual. The name derives from the Greek word “diaita,” which means “way of life.” I’ve been following a ‘Balanced Diet’ for as long as I can remember. And it is ‘a way of life’ for me. I’ve never followed a diet that I couldn’t stick to or that was a fad. Now, should I indulge? Of course I do, as shown above! But it’s absolutely not my way of life. Have you heard the term ‘you are what you eat?’ If there’s one thing I’ve learned (the hard way), it’s that those words could not be more true. 

Deepika feels that people should not starve or deny themselves of the occasional treat. However, she does advocate for a healthy, balanced diet. In addition, she addressed the need of establishing balance and constancy, whether in nutrition or exercise. What is most important, however, is to listen to one’s body and provide it with the diet and activity it demands. This mantra of balance and constancy will result in, as the Greeks would say, a good “diaita,” or “way of life.”
