Samantha Ruth Prabhu, known for her roles in films like “Shaakunthalam” and “Theri,” is taking a break from acting to prioritize her health. Instead of going to the US, as previously rumored, Samantha has chosen to spend her break at the renowned Isha Foundation in Coimbatore. She has been attending classes conducted by spiritual guru Sadhguru, also known as Jakki Vasudev.
In an Instagram post, Samantha shared her journey of finding inner peace and strength through meditation. She expressed how sitting still and achieving a meditative state seemed impossible before but has now become her most powerful source of calm, connection, and clarity. Her caption emphasized the simplicity and profound impact of meditation on her well-being.
Samantha has been open about her struggle with Myositis, a chronic health condition causing severe pain due to the immune system attacking healthy muscles. After a tiring six months of continuous work on various projects, including the Indian version of Citadel, she has taken this break to focus on her physical and mental recovery.
Despite her break from acting, Samantha has exciting projects lined up, including the film “Kushi” alongside Vijay Deverakonda and the Indian adaptation of the Citadel series, featuring Varun Dhawan. However, her current priority is self-care and rejuvenation at the Isha Foundation.
By taking this break and immersing herself in spiritual practices, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is setting an example of prioritizing health and finding strength in stillness. Her journey at the Isha Foundation reflects her commitment to personal well-being and serves as an inspiration to her fans and fellow seekers.
