Reportedly, Maharashtra Police has filed a charge sheet in the pornography case alleging Raj Kundra, Sherlyn, Poonam, a film producer Meeta Jhunjhunwala and cameraman Raju Dubey shot adult videos in two suburban five-star hotels, and those porn films were distributed by OTT platforms for monetary gains.

According to the Cyber Police’s charge sheet, they all shot adult videos last week. Maharashtra police have filed a charge sheet in a pornography case before the 37th Metropolitan Magistrate court and claimed all four of them circulated the content on various OTT platforms for financial gain.

Last year, a separate charge sheet followed by a supplementary charge sheet in the pornographic racket case was filed by Mumbai Police Crime Branch. The case came to light after a raid was conducted in the Madh Island bungalow in February 2021.

The Cyber Police claimed that Raj was involved in producing and distributing obscene videos on certain websites. Even Poonam Pandey was accused of developing her own mobile App where she got her videos shot and uploaded and circulated them with the help of Kundra’s company.
