Higher ranked Japanese player Miu Hirano defeated Manika, giving the Indian table tennis star a 6-11 9-11 14-12 8-11 6-11 loss in Paris. Paddler Sreeja Akula, celebrating her birthday, lost a fierce battle to world champion Yingshaw Sun.
On the sixth day of the Paris Olympics in 2024, Indian athletes like PV Sindhu, Lakshya Sen, HS Prannoy, Nikhat Zareen, and others will compete in boxing, hockey, and badminton tournaments.

Most of the matches of the Paris Olympics 2024 will begin after 12:00 p.m. PV Sindhu’s match against China’s HE Bing Jiao is scheduled to take place at 10:00 p.m., Whereas the Men’s Badminton Doubles matches will begin after 4 p.m.
