NEET PG 2024 Exam City Notification Released

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) recently released a city notification for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024.

Candidates can verify the NEET PG city notifications by checking their registered email IDs as the details regarding their test cities have been mailed to the respective email ids.

It is estimated that 259 cities will host the NEET-PG 2024 exam. For now, this is just a preliminary list of test cities. The candidates who would have selected those test cities will be accommodated at test centers in neighboring cities that are available in an extraordinary scenario where the specific city selected by the candidates could not be considered for the conduct of the examination due to security audit issues at test centers or other logistical issues/unforeseen reasons.

Any changes to the test cities will be communicated to the concerned applicants via email beforehand. In order to preserve the integrity of the test, NBEMS retains the authority to assign a testing location anywhere in the nation, regardless of the test city selected by the applicant.

The exact venue will be informed to the candidates through admit cards. The Candidates shall make their own arrangements for travel/boarding etc. At the time of online submission of the application form, the candidate will be required to choose the city in which he/she wants to take the test. The choice of city will depend on the availability of the test centres in a particular city and the allotment shall be done on a first come first serve basis.

The NBEMS will release the admit cards for the NEET PG 2024 on August 8. Applicants must log in using their login ID and password on the official websites – nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in, to check their admit cards.

Candidates are requested to carefully check all the necessary information on the admit card, after downloading it. Candidates are required to carry their admit card with them to the exam centre for entry inside the exam hall.

The admit card should hold correct information such as; name, application number, date of birth, exam date, exam time, exam address, exam center name, and category. If any candidate encounters any mistake in the details of the admit card then they are required to reach out to the NBEMS office for assistance.
