The NEET MDS 2024 entrance examination application procedure is already open, according to the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can submit their applications online at natboard.edu.in.

The deadline to submit the application form is February 19, 2024. The test will take place on March 18, 2024, and the admission card will be published on March 13, 2024.

Exam Pattern

Part A has seven subjects and will be assessed with 100 questions. The test comprises of 240 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with four response options/distractors in English only. Exam questions will cover topics like human anatomy, oral histology, pathology, oral microbiology, and periodontology.

The application fee is Rs 3,500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates, whereas for SC, ST, and PWD aspirants the application fee is Rs 2,500.

Eligibility criteria:

To be qualified, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from a recognized university. Aside from that, the applicant’s age should not exceed 20 years. It is suggested that candidates have completed a one-year required internship or practical training.

Documents essential:

  • State dental council/DCI awarded provisional/permanent registration certificates, as well as internship completion certificates.
  • Date of birth certificate with Class X certificate
  • BDS Degree Certificate
  • Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, driver’s license, or voter identification card
  • disability certificate (if applicable)
  • Caster Certificate (if applicable)

How to apply?

Step 1: Go to the official website, natboard.edu.in.
Step 2: From the site, click on the NEET MDS link.
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Complete the application form.
Step 5: upload all of the relevant papers.
Step 6: Pay the application cost.
Step 7: Keep the printout for future reference.
