Manobala, a Tamil actor and director, passed away in Chennai. He was 69. While the exact cause of death is unknown, Manobala had been hospitalised for the previous two weeks. On Twitter, actor-director GM Kumar confirmed his demise. “Manobala Sir passed away,” he tweeted.
According to Cinema Express, Manobala was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai for treatment. He did, however, pass away on Wednesday. His son Harish and wife Usha survive him.
On Twitter, many people from the Tamil cinema business and fans conveyed their sympathies.
