The Gujarat High Court’s two judges got into a violent argument inside the courtroom. A camera placed inside the courtroom on Monday captured the argument between Justices Biren Vaishnav and Mauna Bhatt.
All benches’ hearings are streamed live on the Gujarat High Court’s YouTube channel. However, YouTube later removed the live-streamed video that showed an argument between the two judges.

After the judges’ heated argument in front of the court, the hearing was also postponed. Social media users have been sharing a video of Justice Vaishnav giving an order during the event. It appeared that Justice Bhatt did not agree with Justice Vaishnav.
ustice Vaishnav could be heard saying, “Then you differ. We have differed in one, we can differ in the other.” Justice Bhatt then said, “It’s not a question about differing.”
To which, Justice Biren said, “Then do not murmur, you pass a separate order then. We are not taking more matters.” He then rose and left the courtroom stating the bench was not hearing further matters.
