Directed by Sharan Sharma, Mr and Mrs Mahi tells the story of a couple passionate about cricket. Janhvi Kapoor plays a doctor who loves the game, while Rajkummar Rao portrays an ambitious cricketer aiming to succeed in the sport. As he works hard to make a name for himself, he decides to train his wife to become a cricketer, leading to numerous challenges.
The film had a successful run in theaters. It premiered on Cinema Lovers Day, May 31, 2024, with tickets priced at Rs 99, which boosted its opening day collection. The movie has been certified with a U rating by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and has a runtime of 2 hours and 19 minutes.
