ISB Launches PGP in Management

The Indian School of Business (ISB) has launched a 20-month postgraduate management course for young leaders (PGP YL). It is a full-time MBA equivalent residential management program designed for high-potential candidates with up to two years of full-time job experience.

Students interested in enrolling for the ISB’s PGP YL course must submit a valid GMAT, GRE, or CAT score, as well as information about their educational qualifications and job experience, if applicable.

The admissions process for the PGP YL programme includes a personal interview based on the students’ academic excellence, application essays, and test score performance. The shortlisted students will then be interviewed by a panel consisting of industry practitioners, academicians, and alumni in senior positions, read the statement.

The programme fee for the academic year 2025-27 is Rs 21,65,000 + GST and the accommodation fee is Rs 3,95,000. Scholarships will be awarded to 40-50 per cent of the class based on merit and merit-cum-need criteria. Merit scholarships may offer up to a 100 per cent tuition waiver for deserving candidates, mentioned the release.

Commencing in mid-2025, ISB’s PGP YL will offer a learning experience through a curriculum designed as a response to the rapidly evolving business landscape and technology disruptions. The PGP YL curriculum will blend foundational business principles with advanced technology, data, analytics courses and global perspectives to develop students into problem solvers.

Given the students’ limited work experience, the PGP YL curriculum has been designed to incorporate experiential learning components, including a Business Design Lab and an Innovation Lab.

Additionally, students will be required to complete a mandatory two-month summer internship, which will provide them with practical exposure to business environments in various settings.
