The Indian School of Business (ISB) Executive Education, Emeritus, and the Max Institute of Healthcare Management have launched a Certificate Programme in Healthcare Management to bridge the gap between clinical and commercial skills in the growing healthcare sector.

The Indian healthcare industry is expected to reach USD 320 billion by 2028, with a 12% compound annual growth rate. This growth is driven by technological advancements, changing patient requirements, and developing management techniques. As a result, there is a growing demand for healthcare executives with a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s financial, operational, marketing, and strategic aspects.

The 12-week online program is designed for mid-level healthcare administrative professionals, aiming to enhance healthcare delivery within their institutions. Participants will learn how to optimize healthcare organizations’ finances, create successful marketing strategies, and understand accounting and capital management operations in the healthcare business. The program also covers practical application of operational concepts to real-world scenarios.

The curriculum includes pre-recorded videos, real-world case studies, business scenarios, and hands-on projects in healthcare marketing and strategic management. It also includes live masterclasses in AI and Generative AI in Healthcare, Total Quality Management, Healthcare Fraud Detection, and Analytics.

The program is open to graduates and diploma holders from recognized universities and begins on September 12, 2024, with a fee of Rs 1,20,000 plus GST. Successful completion of the program with a minimum grading of 70% in all required assignments will result in a certificate of completion from ISB Executive Education.
