The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay has launched the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2025 registration process on its official website.
Candidates can access the official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in, from 1pm. UCEED 2025 is slated to take place on January 19 between 9 a.m. and noon in a single shift.
October 31 is the deadline for registering for UCEED 2025 without late costs, while November 8 is the deadline with late penalties. The prospective candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 2000, if belonging to the OPEN/EWS/OBC-NCL category and born on or after October 1, 1995, if belonging to the SC, ST or PwD category. On January 3, candidates will be able to download their admit card; changes to the admit card can be made until January 9.

Here are The Steps to Registration:
Step 1: Visit the official website – uceed.iitb.ac.in and click on the registration link.
Step 2: Candidate will then have to fill in the necessary information such as name, mobile number and email ID and submit it to get the login credentials on the email address.
Step 3: Using the login credentials, fill in more personal details such as name, parents’ name, contact info, gender, date of birth, academic details, and exam centre and also upload necessary documents in the prescribed format.
Step 4: Pay the UCEED registration fee and submit and take a printout of the submitted UCEED application form 2025 for future reference.
IIT Bombay conducts the UCCED and CEED exam under the guidance of the UCEED-CEED Implementation Committee 2024. The examination is the means for admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes in the IITs of 27 cities.
Candidates must appear for the UCEED 2025 exam to seek admission to the BDes degree programmes at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB), Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD), Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG), Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH), Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) and Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur (IIITDMJ).
