HDFC Bank has made changes to its Regalia Credit Card’s lounge access program, effective from 1st December 2023. The new program is based on the cardholder’s spending, and here are the details:
Lounge Access Program in India:
- Your lounge access eligibility is determined by your credit card spending.
- To qualify for lounge access vouchers, you need to spend ₹1 lakh or more in a calendar quarter (January-March, April-June, July-September, October-December).
- After meeting the spending criteria, visit the Regalia SmartBuy page and navigate to “Lounge Benefits” to generate your lounge access voucher.
- Cardholders can avail of up to two complimentary lounge access vouchers as part of a quarterly milestone benefit.
Using Airport Lounge Access Vouchers:
- After spending ₹1 lakh or more in a calendar quarter, visit the Regalia SmartBuy page and go to “Lounge.”
- Click on “generate voucher” to receive your voucher via SMS/E-mail.
- Open the e-voucher in PDF format using the link provided in the SMS/E-mail. This e-voucher contains a QR code that you’ll need to scan at the lounge terminal.
- In case you encounter any issues while accessing the lounge, contact the helpline numbers mentioned in your E-vouchers.
Airport Lounge Access outside India:
- To gain Priority Pass access for yourself and add-on members, you must complete a minimum of four retail transactions on your HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card.
- With Priority Pass, you and your add-on member can enjoy up to six Complimentary Lounge Access visits per calendar year outside India.
- If you exceed the six Complimentary visits, you will be charged at US $27 + GST per visit.
These changes in the lounge access program offer more flexibility for HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Cardholders based on their spending habits, both within and outside India.
