Chennai: Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan has been admitted to Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre (SMRC) hospital in Porur, Chennai, after complaining of fever. Haasan, who is currently busy hosting Bigg Boss Tamil Season 6, on November 23 felt uneasy and developed a slight fever. After his return from Hyderabad, he was admitted to the hospital in Chennai for further treatment. Now, the latest media report said that Haasan has been discharged from the hospital and is advised to take rest for two days.

According to HT, Kamal’s hospitalisation came hours after he met Telugu director K Viswanath on Wednesday at his home in Hyderabad. Now, he has been discharged and advised to take proper rest.

Recently, Kamal took to his Instagram and updated his fans about his meeting with K Viswanath. He shared a picture as he took blessings from the director and wrote, “Met the master K Viswanath sir at his home. Lots of nostalgia and respect!!” In the photo, Viswanath is seen in a wheelchair, while Kamal bowed while he held his hand.
