The case involving YouTuber Elvish Yadav and snake venom has been transferred to another police station in Noida, according to officials. Sub-Inspector Sandeep Chaudhary, the investigating officer, was working on the case.
An official in charge of the Noida police station, Sector 49, Sandeep Chaudhary, was moved to police lines on Sunday night since it was thought that he was unable to control crime in his area.
A senior officer, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed on Monday that the case has been reassigned to Sector 20 police station for further investigation.

“The results of the forensic tests on the vial containing 20 ml of suspected snake venom are pending. Subsequent inquiries will depend on these results. Elvish Yadav has not yet been summoned for questioning in this case,” the officer stated.
Six people were named in a formal complaint filed with Noida Police on November 3. Among them is Elvish Yadav, a social media influencer and former winner of the OTT reality show “Bigg Boss,” who was accused of using snake venom at rave parties. The Indian Penal Code and the Wildlife (Protection) Act were the legal bases for this case’s filing.
On November 3, the police reported that nine snakes, including five cobras, were rescued from a banquet hall and that 20 millilitres of suspected snake venom had been seized from the five suspects. Since Elvish Yadav was absent on November 3, it is still unknown how much of a role he played in the entire incident.
The 26-year-old YouTuber has stated that he is eager to assist with the police investigation and has refuted all of the accusations made against him.
A complaint from a supporter of animal rights organization PFA (People For Animals) served as the basis for the case’s inception. Maneka Gandhi, the leader of the PFA and BJP, demanded Elvish Yadav’s immediate arrest and accused him of dealing in illicit snake venom.
