His recent post includes a video sharing breakfast foods that must be avoided to live a healthy life.

1. White Bread: Low-quality carbs in it promote increased blood sugar levels that are associated with being overweight, obese, and at an increased risk of heart diseases and diabetes.

2. Sugary Cereals: Full of easy carbs, which are causing a rise in the levels of blood sugar and lipids, making one at high risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease at a young age.

3. Fruit Juice: Since it is juiced, most of the important nutrients are lost, while free sugars contribute to excessive weight gain and related problems of obesity.

4. Processed Meat: Increases the risk of stomach and colorectal cancer, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

5. Flavored Yoghurt: Sweetened yoghurts contain added sugar contributing to weight gain, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers.

Dr. Nene recommends that any other healthier choice of breakfast for sure helps to put a check on obesity, diabetes, blood pressure, and the rest of the heart diseases. But avoiding these foods will definitely result in good health and overall well-being.
