Dharmendra, who recently turned 89, is in trouble when a Delhi court summoned him and two others in a fraudulent case involving Garam Dharam Dhaba.
According to an ANI news agency article, the summons follows a complaint from a Delhi businessman who claimed that he was defrauded into investing in the Garam Dharam Dhaba franchise.
According to ANI, in the summons order passed on December 5, the judge said, ”The evidence on record hints that the accused persons induced the complainant in furtherance of their common intention and the ingredients of the offence of fraud have been duly disclosed.”
Judicial Magistrate Yashdeep Chahal’s summons comes in response to a complaint that Delhi businessman Sushil Kumar made. The ‘Garam Dharam Dhaba’ franchise fraud case, which will be tried in February of next year, has resulted in a summons against famous Bollywood actor Dharmendra and two other people from Delhi’s Patiala House Court.
