On January 6, the National Testing Agency (NTA) issued the tentative answer key for the Joint Central Scientific and Industrial Research-University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (JCSIR-UGC NET) December 2023. Candidates can obtain the CSIR UGC NET December 2023 answer key from the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.
The Joint CSIR-UGC NET, December 2023 test was held on December 26th, 27th, and 28th.
“The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the Joint Central Scientific & Industrial Research–University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (Joint CSIR-UGC NET, December, 2023) on 26th, 27th & 28th December, 2023 in 356 examination Centers located in 176 Cities across the Country for 2,19,146 candidates in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode”, reads the official notification.
Applicants can challenge the Answer Key by paying a non-fee of ₹200 for each question. The answer key challenge window will be open till January 8, 2024.

To download the solution key, applicants should follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Go to CSIR UGC NET’s official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.
Step 2: On the home page, click the link for the CSIR UGC NET 2023 answer key.
Step 3: Enter your login information and click submit.
Step 4: Your admission card will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Review the admissions card and download the document.
Step 6: Keep a hard copy in case you need it later.
