The annual psychological therapy sessions for the 2024 batch of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10, 12 students will commence yesterday, January 1. For students studying for final examinations, the board will deploy IVRS, podcasts, and tele-counselling services.
According to CBSE, the free IVRS service would be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the toll-free number 1800-11-8004.
According to the board, IVRS provides information and ideas regarding stress-free preparation, time and stress management, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and key contact data of CBSE offices in Hindi and English.
Bilingual podcasts in various disciplines will be available on cbse.gov.in, according to the announcement.
Tele-counselling will be available Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
CBSE Class 10, 12, and 13 final theoretical examinations will commence on February 15, while schools can begin conducting practical exams from January 1.
Date sheets, sample papers, question banks, and other materials may be downloaded on the board’s website.
