The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will end the List of Candidates (LOC) submission procedure today, October 3, for students in grades 10 and 12 taking the 2024 board examinations.
However, the time for submitting LOCs with a late fee will start tomorrow, October 5.
In a recent notice, CBSE reminded school principals and parents to ensure the accurate submission of student data for the 2025 board exams. Once the LOC is submitted, no changes will be permitted. Students and parents must provide correct details, including subject selections, as these will directly impact further exam procedures. “After the deadline, no requests for corrections to personal data will be entertained,” CBSE emphasised.
Today marks the final day to submit LOCs at the regular fee. For those who miss the deadline, submissions will still be accepted with a late fee of Rs 2000 until October 15.
To complete the submission, schools must first go into the Pariksha Sangam site.
Before submitting the LOC, schools must first enter student information into the OASIS portal, then the HPE site, and lastly upload the LOC data.
CBSE has announced that the 2025 board exams will commence on February 15. The official date sheet for Classes 10 and 12 is still pending and is expected to be released in November, following the completion of the LOC submission process.
