In a viral video lasting 43 seconds, the two guys are seen gripping each other by the collar. The consumer hits the bank staffer on the head. In the footage, a lady can be heard imploring her colleague Shubham to let go.

An elderly woman is seen attempting to resolve a dispute between two bank employees at Union Bank’s branch in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The customer attacks the bank employee, causing another attack. Vastrapur police have registered the case, and a probe is underway.
