AP TET Results 2024 Declared

The Andhra Pradesh Department of School Education has posted the results of the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test, AP TET 2024, on its official website today, November 4. Applicants who participated for the AP TET 2024 may now check and download their results on the official website, aptet.apcfss.in, by entering their application number, password, and date of birth.

According to the press note, the overall pass percentage for the AP TET 2024 exam was 50.79 percent. Out of the 3,68,661 candidates who took the exam, 1,87,256 successfully passed. The announcement was shared by Lokesh Nara, General Secretary of the Telugu Desam Party and Minister in the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet, on his official Twitter handle.
Earlier, the APTET result was supposed to be out on November 2, but the date was postponed to November 4, 2024.

The AP TET 2024 exam was administered by the Department from October 3 to October 21, split into two shifts daily.

The AP TET examination, which was held in two sessions, was conducted on October 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, this year. The first session of the exam began at 9:30 am and concluded at 12:00 noon. The second session of the exam commenced at 2:30 pm and ended at 5:00 pm.

The original answer key was made public on October 16, and applicants had until October 18 to lodge any complaints. The final answer key was revealed on October 30 following a consideration of the complaints.

Steps for Checking and Downloading the AP TET 2024 Results

  • Visit the official website of APTET.
  • Click on the AP TET answer key on the homepage.
  • After this, a new page will open.
  • Enter the asked credentials.
  • Click on submit.
  • Your results will be shown on your screen.
  • Take a printout for future reference.
  • Direct website for checking and applying for the AP TET 2024.

To be eligible for the AP TET 2024 examination, general category applicants must score at least 60%. Backward class applicants must score at least 50%, while Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates must get at least 40% to pass.
