Katy shared that it had been her childhood dream to go to space. Since she couldn’t bring her daughter Daisy along, she carried a real daisy flower in her memory.

Joining Katy on this mission were Jeff Bezos’s fiancée Lauren Sánchez, TV presenter Gayle King, human rights activist Amanda Nguyen, filmmaker Keriann Flynn, and former NASA scientist Aisha Bowe. All of them wore custom blue space suits and shared several photos from the trip.
