Last night, September 24, Alia Bhatt and Aishwarya Rai walked the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week. Both of the actresses represent L’Oréal as brand ambassadors. Although Aishwarya has been strutting the catwalk for the cosmetics giant for a number of years, Alia was making her runway debut.
In September of this year, Alia Bhatt was named a brand ambassador for L’Oréal. Wearing a silver outfit, she looked stunning on the runway on Monday night. Over a black jumpsuit, Alia Bhatt donned a silver bustier. She had her hair done in a sleek, “wet” fashion. As she down the ramp, she blew kisses to the crowd. Chunky silver earrings complemented her Paris runway debut ensemble.

Aishwarya Rai, who’s a runway veteran, stunned in a red gown with a massive trail which read, “We are worth it.” Aishwarya’s red satin gown look was complemented by her signature red lipstick. The actress made the ‘namaste’ gesture as she walked down the runway and blew kisses to the audience.
In a recent conversation with Allure ahead of her Paris Fashion Week debut, Alia Bhatt called Aishwarya Rai her inspiration in Bollywood. She said, “When it comes to learning or being inspired by someone who has embodied dance in the most beautiful way on screen, I can’t help but think of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She was absolutely, and still is, just mesmerizing.”
“She also gave me a lot of direction and intellect. Whenever I had a song, I’d go to YouTube, type ‘Aishwarya Rai songs,’ and it’d come, and I’d be looking at all her songs just to catch the expressions and just the way she moves from one move to another, the ease, the way she just lets herself be, but at the same time, it’s just so perfect and so precise. And she’s beautiful to look at,” Alia added.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt will soon be seen in Vasan Bala’s Jigra. She has also begun shooting for YRF’s Alpha. As for Aishwarya, she was last seen in Ponniyin Selvan: II in 2023.
