Delhi Minister Atishi said on Friday that the party is fully prepared to fight all Haryana seats and expressed confidence in winning the assembly elections.
The Election Commission has stated that elections for the 90-member Haryana Assembly would be held on October 1.
Speaking to reporters upon the release of the poll dates, Atishi stated, “Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, our party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal have addressed public meetings, which have drawn large crowds.” Kejriwal is a Haryana son, thus people identify with him.” She claimed that they will contest all of the seats with full strength and win the elections.
When asked whether the party will enter into an alliance with the Congress for the polls, she said, “The decision will be taken after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal comes out of jail. We are holding door-to-door campaigns in all assembly constituencies and the work of formation of booth committees is underway.”
