On August 28, 2023 at 10:30 AM through video conference, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will hand out more than 51,000 appointment letters to freshly hired candidates. On this day, the Prime Minister will also address the appointments.
There will be 45 Rozgar Mela events across the nation. The Ministry of Home Affairs is filling positions in several central armed police forces (CAPFs) through this Rozgar Mela event, including the Delhi Police, the Indo Tibetan Border Police, the Central Industrial Security Force, the Shashtra Seema Bal, the Central Reserve Police Force, and the Border Security Force.
The new hires, chosen from around the nation, will be working in a variety of organisations under the Ministry of Home Affairs in roles including Constable (General Duty), Sub-Inspector (General Duty), and Non-General Duty Cadre Posts.
By being strengthened, the CAPFs and Delhi Police will be better able to carry out their many different tasks, including as assisting with national border security, counterterrorism, fighting insurgency, and countering anti-leftist extremism.
The Rozgar Mela is a step in the direction of the Prime Minister’s promise to give the creation of jobs the highest priority. The Rozgar Mela is anticipated to serve as a catalyst for increased job creation and give young people worthwhile possibilities for empowerment and involvement in national development.
The newly appointed individuals also have the chance to further their education through Karmayogi Prarambh, a section of the iGOT Karmayogi platform that offers more than 673 e-learning courses that can be accessed from any location using any device.
