Shri Krishna Ayush University in Kurukshetra, Haryana, has selected Vaidya Kartar Singh Dhiman, a native of Baijnath, as vice chancellor.
The Haryana Governor, Bhandaru Dattatraya, recently issued a notification to that effect. Prof Dhiman attended Post Graduate Rajiv Gandhi Ayurvedic College in Paprola, Kangra.
Prof Dhiman is an Ayurvedic practitioner, academician, and administrator with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in reputed Ayurvedic organizations, including Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar.
He also held the additional charge of Director General, Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine.
