Bollywood actor Salman Khan has received a new death threat from an unknown person demanding a Rs 2 crore ransom. A warning conveyed to Mumbai Traffic Police stated that if the money was not paid, the actor would be assassinated.
After receiving a threatening message, police in Mumbai’s Worli district filed a case against an unknown suspect and initiated an investigation.
On Tuesday, Mumbai Police detained a 20-year-old guy in Noida for a threat call case involving Salman Khan and Zeeshan Siddique, an Ajit Pawar-led NCP MLA and son of the late Baba Siddique. The culprit, Mohammad Tayyab, also known as Gurfan Khan, was detained in Noida’s Sector 39.
Apart from the threats, the accused, Mohammad Tayyab alias Gurfan, sought money from Zeeshan Siddique and Salman Khan.
