Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani have already hosted two lavish pre-wedding celebrations for their son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The main wedding is less than 10 days away and excitement is soaring.
Reports suggest that after Rihanna, Diljit Dosanjh, and Katy Perry performed at the pre-wedding events earlier this year, Adele, Drake, and Lana Del Rey are now in discussions to perform at the grand wedding festivities in Mumbai.
According to India Today sources, negotiations are underway to secure dates for these artists to perform at the wedding celebrations scheduled from July 12 to July 14.
The Ambani family is known for their extravagant parties, and Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding is no exception. Earlier this year, they hosted a three-day celebration in Jamnagar followed by a lavish cruise party in Italy and South of France. Celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Kareena Kapoor attended, enjoying performances by Katy Perry, Andrea Bocelli, Pitbull, and others.
In previous weddings, the Ambanis have spared no expense. Isha Ambani’s wedding in 2018 reportedly cost $100 million and featured a performance by Beyoncé at the pre-wedding party in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Anant and Radhika, both 29, will have a three-day Hindu ceremony in Mumbai starting with ‘Shubh Vivaah’ on July 12, followed by ‘Shubh Aashirwad’ on July 13, and concluding with the wedding reception ‘Mangal Utsav’ on July 14.
